Registration & Refund Information: At any time prior to a seminar, registration fees may be transferred to a different date, topic, location, or to another individual at no charge. Registration fees are refunded in full if cancellation is requested 7 days prior to seminar date. Otherwise, refunds incur a $20 processing fee per seminar. Gear Up Workshops assume no responsibility for cancelled seminars other than the refund of your seminar fee. Courses are subject to cancellation at approximately 2 weeks prior to seminar date if enrollments do not meet minimum capacity requirements determined by Gear Up Workshops. No-shows may request a letter of credit, less the processing fee, toward a future seminar. For information about our refund or complaint policies, call a CPE representative at 800.231.1860.
Satisfaction Assured: Gear Up Worshops have a simple, straightforward policy. You must be satisfied or your registration fee is refundable in full. Attend any Gear Up Workshop until the lunch break, and if you are not satisfied, your registration fee will be refunded.
